For a holiday spent in a little peace and quiet, we offer you this brand new villa in a tranquil part of Bol. The driveway leads to the parking space within the confines of the villa’s courtyard, and from there you get acquainted with the whole enclosure – the courtyard features a pool, by which you may position a few sun loungers, and a lovely patch of green leading to the open fireplace which can be used for barbeque. There is a wooden table and two benches right next to the fireplace, giving you the option to feast out in the open.
The villa is made of stone and concrete, with a red tiled roof, a white façade and wooden window shades. On the inside the feeling is that of calmness, based on the tasteful combination of wooden floor, white walls and a lot of light. Such theme is supported by the neat furniture throughout the house and well placed paintings on the walls. Accommodation space equals 180 square meters distributed into one living room, a kitchen and 4 bedrooms (a total of 8 beds), all of them with a dresser, air conditioning and access to the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, cookers, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a refrigerator, and the living room with a TV (SATV), air conditioning and a fireplace. Outside the house there is a 20 square meters terrace offering a grandiose view of the town below, the sea and the island of Hvar.
The villa is pet friendly and additional services such as cleaning and a personal chef are also available.
A 10-15 minutes walk takes you to downtown Bol where you can enjoy all sorts of content, such as bars, restaurants, town exploration, rent a boat, wind surfing and more. From there you can visit one of the beautiful beaches in the town’s proximity, most known being Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape). Other interesting options for exploration might be Vidova Gora right above Bol (the highest peak of Brač offering a stunning view in every direction), Supetar (the island’s official center, providing a lot of content in the likes of festivals, fisherman fests, etc.) and Blaca hermitage (a remote 16th century monastery built into a cliff).
