Nature is one of the best things around us that has the great potential of recharging our energy spent in mostly mundane work, within the cities, with everything going on in such a fast pace. Many therefore seek refuge in the nature’s embrace, and especially so during their summer vacation. If you also look forward to such an embrace, full of beautiful images, fair weather, clean sea and the perfume of the vegetation, Villa Martin Logan is your place.
The gorgeous Villa Martin Logan is situated under the dolomite mountain called Kozjak, with its bleached rock protruding from the pine woods. All around the property the nature is vast and for the most part, untouched. This is a great benefit for two main reasons; firstly, you need not worry about your privacy or getting some quality rest in peace as there is not much traffic around. Secondly, the gorgeous views all around in combination with the mesmerizing scents of the Mediterranean vegetation (such as lavender, olive, citrus, pine) have the potential to calm your spirit. The villa is designed in a blend of styles, those being traditional and modern. The traditional one prevails with the use of elements like the pillars supporting wooden beams creating nice pergolas overgrown with vines, or the green wooden window covers. Around the villa you are sure to find some content to your liking, if not all of it. The whole area is delightfully designed and arranged, with a lovely orchard on the side of the villa, along with a garden. All of that is connected by a nice trimmed lawn. In front of the house a swimming pool is situated, and with the wooden deck chairs surrounding it, it is a perfect place for some refreshment during the hottest hours of the day. In the corner of the courtyard there is a nice brick fireplace fit for BBQ, and a trampoline next to it for your young ones. The interior design almost tops the exterior’s delightfulness, with a fantastic use of space and arrangement of furniture. The tiled floors in most rooms and the white walls make the interior feel fresh and airy. In the living room the flooring is wooden and that makes the room feel very warm and comfortable, and the interior fireplace in that room only contributes to a pleasant feeling. The villa spans over 300m2, and with 5 bedrooms, this property is large enough to host groups of friends or 2 families. The kitchen with some nice red elements is fully equipped for all your needs in terms of meal prep and separated from the dining area by a long bar. There is a billiard table for your leisure in the villa, as well. The house is air conditioned, with internet and Wi-Fi. A private chef is available on request.
As for the grocery shopping, there are stores, bakeries and markets in the Kaštel village where you can find most of what you need. Larger shopping malls can be found in Split and Trogir, and those two are also great opportunities for some exploration and learning. The historic town of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is about 9 kilometers away. There you will find numerous cultural and historical sights, beautiful beaches, promenades, lots of entertainment and sport facilities for all generations, as well as restaurants with excellent Dalmatian cuisine and high quality home-made wine and olive oil. For more information regarding exploration or accommodation, feel free to ask. We wish you a pleasant stay!
