Everyone deserves a quality rest after a long year of hard work, and since many of us only have a little slice of free time, it is crucial that we find just the right place to spend that time. It should be somewhere completely different as opposed to the everyday city life, characterized by its fast-paced commotion, polluted air, unnecessary noise and occasional frustration. Such a difference may be find in many places, but most people desire a quiet, peaceful place near the sea – possibly in a tame, friendly village surrounded by great natural beauties. Villa Bemired Snir is located in a lovely and quiet place called Nemira, right next to the town of Omiš. It is a nice and spacious modern building with a lot of fine content. It has many advantages, one of those being its very location close to the main road and the town. You can reach the road in no time, while still having an opportunity to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding neighborhood. The villa was designed in contemporary style, following the many traits of modern architecture, like the use of high quality materials, simple shapes and straight lines of minimalism and great functionality of space. The lowest part of the property is the driveway with a garage beneath the upper terrace, with space for a couple of vehicles. As you ascend from there, you reach the villa’s ground floor. Aside from the ground floor, two more are stacked above it. the terrace is quite spacious and an excellent place to enjoy the long summer days with some refreshments. A little pergola is built there to provide shade from the sun, and beneath it there is some garden furniture like chairs and a coffee table. The Mediterranean plants on the sides of the terrace decorate the place, but the greatest addition to the terrace is the large pool next to which there are some wooden deck chairs. Next to the entrance to the villa there is a large dining table with a set of chairs, and a fireplace nearby. The lovely villa’s interior follows the modern look of its exterior and it does so with great taste and a fine eye for detail. The white walls make the spaces airy and fresh as they reflect the light coming in through the large windows. The tiles are wooden themed to bring some warmth to the place, and the lovely comfortable furniture is there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Décor varies from pictures and paintings to plants and lovely artistic ornaments. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Four bedrooms have double beds, and one has two single beds. The villa has two fully equipped kitchens and two living rooms. A billiard table, foosball, air conditioning (4 pcs), 4 parking spaces, HIFI system, CD player and a DVD are available for your leisure. Towels and linens are provided and they are free.
The whole area is a must in terms of exploration, but our suggestions are definitely Omis, a town famous for its Corsairs of Almissa, whose ships brought them fame for their unique pirating tactics, attacking and retreating into the narrow mouth of the Cetina River, protecting the town from foreign invaders. There is a number of historical monuments in town, but many more can be found in Split as well. You should enjoy both of these historic places, whether you’re a history geek or not!
