After a year of hard work, we all wish for a good and quality rest. And perhaps, memorable as well. There is something for everyone, and people go all over the world to find respite from their usual lifestyle and breathe some novelty into it. For all of those who seek a place with vast natural treasures like abundant flora and fauna, lovely fragrances, beautiful views of the clean sea, the islands and the mountains of the continental coast, this is the right place.
This fantastic villa located right by the city of Trogir is an excellent place to spend a summer vacation. It is a new building situated on the waterfront, where you only need a few steps to reach the Adriatic sea. One more advantage of such a location is the great view from both the courtyard and the terraces of upper floors. The villa is designed in modern fashion, and it contains all the elements of contemporary architecture, which is immediately visible. The popular minimalistic aesthetics are employed through the simplicity of shapes and lines, the high-quality materials give it a specific, smooth look and the high amount of glass surfaces allows for the entrance of sunlight in the interior. A pine forest grows behind the villa, and in front of it there is a courtyard with trimmed lawn, and further in front is a rock formation descending to the sea. Surrounded by nature and being on the outskirts of town, the villa provides you with all the privacy you need. The courtyard in front of the villa is enclosed by a robust stone drywall, a traditional element of these parts. On the lawn you can find sun beds, as well as a dining table and a smaller coffee table surrounded by chairs, thus making it an excellent place to enjoy your time.
One would expect such a high-end building to be pleasant from the inside as well, and this villa does so marvelously. Décor is stylish, somewhat vintage and yet the house is functionally equipped for daily life. The wooden elements, along with decorations like vases with plants, framed mirrors and paintings create a warm, inviting and home-like atmosphere within the villa, while the white painted walls reflect outer light to make the spaces airy and fresh. The terraces have comfortable sofas and a glass fence, allowing an unobstructed view of the sea. Another fine element of the house is its delicate lighting, with vintage chandeliers and smaller lamps. The villa has 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can be extended into a bed for two people. The lovely kitchen has wooden surfaces, as well as black and white elements and is fully equipped for all your needs in terms of meal preparation. The villa is air conditioned, with internet and Wi-Fi. Maid service is available on request, as well as a private chef if you wish to try some delicious local cuisine.
As for the grocery shopping, the surrounding area is well equipped with shops, markets, bakeries and so on. In the vicinity there are many fine restaurants and bars, but the main attraction is the old part of Trogir, 1km away from the villa. Trogir is a remarkable example of urban continuity. The orthogonal street plan of this island settlement dates back to the Hellenistic period and it was embellished by successive rulers with many fine public and domestic buildings and fortifications. Its beautiful Romanesque churches are complemented by the outstanding Renaissance and Baroque buildings from the Venetian period. Apart from the historical experience, there are many other options available to enjoy, like rent-a-boat, sailing, diving, sports, hiking and much more.
