This Villa is situated above the famous Zlatni Rat beach on the island of Brac, Croatia. Set amongst the olive and pine trees, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the crowds, with amazing views of the Adriatic and Hvar Island.
The perfect place for a larger family or group to enjoy a holiday. Sleeping 8 people comfortably in four air conditioned, en-suite bedrooms, there is a large living-kitchen area and reading gallery, leading to a covered south facing terrace, an ideal place to watch the world go by on the sea below. To the rear of the property is a swimming pool (8m x 5m) and pool house, which contains a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and covered dinning area.
We have a concierge service on hand in Bol to look after you during your stay, whether its just to help with the transfer, or to arrange a sailing trip or perhaps an in house chef for the evening. However, should you wish to drag yourself away from the house, then it’s a short stroll to the beach where you can catch a taxi boat or land train into town.
Lower floor
The lower floor has four en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning. Three of the rooms have super king size beds, whilst the fourth or children’s room, has two double beds. All rooms have a hotel quality safe that will store a large laptop and other equipment.
There is also a laundry room on the lower floor which is available for guests to use, containing washing / drying machines and ironing facilities.
Upper floor
The living area of the Beach House is open plan, with a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, including range oven, fridge freezer and all cooking utensils.
The large living area contains comfortable seating, TV and iPod docks, plus under floor heating and a wood burning stove for the winter months. The doors from the living area open onto the large covered terrace where you can relax or dine. There is also a small bathroom, with a free standing bath on this level. There is wi-fi throughout the Beach House and the pool area.
