The design of the villa is modern, following the main characteristics and aesthetics of contemporary architecture through the use of fine lines and simple shapes, employing minimalism and functionality throughout its surfaces. There is much to do outside the villa, whether it is a nice promenade through the garden filled with various flora, or taking a refreshing dip in the swimming pool by the house. Next to the pool is a fireplace at your disposal so you may enjoy preparing delicious meals. We suggest getting some fresh fish from the nearby market! The house has 5 bedrooms, 5 en suite bathrooms, a spacious living room and a nice, fully equipped kitchen suitable for all your daily needs as far as meal preparation is concerned. As for the grocery shopping, there are stores, bakeries and markets in the Kaštel village where you can find most of what you need. Larger shopping malls can be found in Split and Trogir, and those two are also great opportunities for some exploration and learning. The historic town of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is about 9 kilometers away. There you will find numerous cultural and historical sights, beautiful beaches, promenades, lots of entertainment and sport facilities for all generations, as well as restaurants with excellent Dalmatian cuisine and high quality home-made wine and olive oil.
