Luxurious Villa Allure is a newly built house in Primošten, a lovely town in Šibenik-Knin County. It is a spectacular structure, boasting all the great qualities of modern architecture; aesthetics in terms of geometric minimalism and adaptability with the natural surroundings, and functionality of its content. White is the theme color of both the structure (polished concrete) and the courtyard, giving a neutral, delicate look to the well-designed house. The courtyard has two main levels, both accessible from within the villa. The upper lounging level (and dining area) leads via a stone staircase to the lower level intended to be used for leisure activities. It has a big semi-covered pool, as one part is under the segment of the villa’s structure. This part by the villa uses wooden planks as its flooring, which serves as a great aesthetic detail. The rest of the open terrace may be used as a sun patio with a couple of well-placed deck chairs. Most of the courtyard is surrounded by gardens full of lush vegetation, but probably the greatest asset of this outer area is the proximity of the sea. From that lower terrace you step down directly to the rocky shore. This means, of course, that the terrace and most of the rooms within the villa provide excellent views of the open sea and the bay.
The interior of the villa incorporates all of the modern architecture features as the exterior, except it contains elegant designer furniture and great lighting, lovely décor, and it altogether uses space in an exemplary manner. The vast glass surfaces, like the walls, windows and slide doors allow for the entrance of a considerable amount of light which creates a fresh atmosphere and accentuates the openness of space. In the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, equipped for all your needs in terms of meal prep, a dining room and a lounge (as well as afore mentioned terrace with a terrific view). The first floor has a lovely green atrium, which additionally contributes to the overall impression of the interior. Villa Allure has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet and it provides accommodation for 6 people. Amenities include air-conditioning, LCD satellite TV, Wi-Fi and internet connection, video intercom, a kitchen equipped with an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave; a washing machine, the pool mentioned above, a sauna and a parking for 2 vehicles. For your daily shopping needs, you can find most of what you need in Primošten. It is a lovely centuries old town famous for its huge and beautiful vineyards, the traditional donkey race and the beach Raduča (voted one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Croatia). Aside from all the content inside of town, like the festivals, sports, rent-a-boats, bars and restaurants, there are options to consider is you wish to explore.
