The villa is a hundred year old beauty made of stone located in the village of Svirče.
This traditional Dalmatian house was built at the end of the 19th century and renovated in 2006.
It has 170m2 of indoor space with additional 200m2 of outdoor garden.
Ground floor of the villa consists of a stone paved lobby, kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace, bedroom with two separate pull-out beds and a bathroom with a shower unit.
Indoor stone stairway leads to the next floor where there are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with a double bed plus the additional single bed. Also, there are two bathrooms with bathtubs and a 50m2 terrace with sun-beds if you choose to relax and sunbathe in the privacy of a villa.
Outside, in the yard, there is a round swimming pool surrounded by aromatic Mediterranean plants, sun-beds with parasols and outside table with chairs.
In the wine boutique on the ground floor you can find great selection of high quality wines made on the south side of the island (Plenković, Carić, Duboković). South side of the island is famous for its excellent wines because of the specific position of vineyards. Well-maintained vineyards are located on steep southern slopes where vine is showered by the sun the record number of days in a year.
This is a place where you can truly be at total peace... suitable for a family vacation, romantic getaway or for hangouts with close friends.
The closest major towns are Jelsa, Vrboska and Stari Grad (4-5 kilometers), and the town of Hvar is 25-minute drive away.
While you are relaxing by the pool, scent of laurel filling the air, pour yourself a glass of Carić’s wine called “Jubov” meaning “love” in Hvar dialect and just R E L A X . . .
