Welcome to the small, quiet bay called Ljubljeva in South Dalmatia, 10km from the old town of Trogir. This lovely house is located on the very waterfront, providing you with excellent views from all balconies and the terrace, spanning across the bay and further out into the open sea and distant islands. Apart from the sight sure to be remembered, the house is just as lovely and pleasant to look at. It is built following some principles of traditional Mediterranean aesthetics, and thus it contains some elements typical of the area. These include, for example, the stone covered corners of the villa, green grill window shades, a red tiled roof, a lovely wrought iron fence and plenty of vegetation throughout the property. The villa has three apartments and parking space for 4-5 cars. As you descend towards the sea, you first teach the low paved terrace with a balustrade fence, which houses a lovely swimming pool next to which you will find sun beds, giving you a great opportunity to enjoy some time under the Sun. Further down is the rocky beach, and there you can go for a swim in one of the world’s cleanest seas. There are two fireplaces suitable for making barbecue, both operational and available for your use. One built into the villa’s wall right next to house, while the other is a bit of a distance away from the villa. The other one may be more suitable due to the smoke as it is completely in the open, but it the sun is high, the first one is a better option.
The apartments are all similar, both in their content and their décor. Mostly you will find well-arranged and elegant, simple furniture and maritime themed decorations, though wall colors might differ. Some are painted white, some light yellow and others light blue, creating an overall pleasant combination that emits an airy, fresh and open atmosphere. The kitchens are all fully equipped for your daily needs, and all of the apartments are air conditioned. All of the three apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. They each have 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace with a table and a set of chairs, and satellite TV. Internet and Wi-Fi are available in the whole villa. Maid service is available on request, as is a private chef if you ever wish to try some delicious local cuisine!
The nearest store, restaurant and coffee bar is 4 km from the house in center of Ljubljeva. The villages of Ljubljeva and Vinisce represent a perfect location, or a great starting point for all excursions in the closer and wider area. There you will find all you need in terms of grocery shopping, as well as a couple of restaurants, taverns and bars. Being close to famous historical sites is also an advantage – the villa is 40km away from Šibenik and Split, and 20km from Trogir as mentioned before. All of those cities offer a lot to explore, like their history and plenty of fun summertime content, as well as many festivals taking place during summer months. There are plenty opportunities for activities such as cycling, hiking, sailing, scuba diving and other sports. Additionally, you may want to visit the nearest national parks which are sure to blow away all the nature enthusiasts; Krka NP, Paklenica NP and nature park Biokovo.
