What better way to spend your holiday season than in a place where the sea is at hand’s reach, green fields are plenty, the Sun is shining its bright light every day and painting the horizon crimson every evening… Where the people are kind and easygoing, where the air is clear and the fragrances are mesmerizing, there you can find a place to make you satisfied and relaxed.
Villa Kristina is in one of such places, situated in the village Skrip on the beautiful island of Brač. It is a really good-looking building, made for the most part in the traditional way of the locality – the main construction material is the high quality Brač stone, with some concrete parts with a nice, light orange façade. The shades of windows and glass slide doors are fittingly colored in green. You enter the compound from behind the villa, where you may park your vehicle as well. From there you proceed to the spacious terrace around and in front of the villa. The terrace has a nice big 40 m2 swimming pool which is sure to provide some refreshment during the hours when the Sun burns with the greatest intensity. Next to the pool you may position a few deck chairs where you can bask in the sunlight, or, if you just wish to chill outdoors you can do so under a big parasol covering a few knit sofas and a coffee table.
The inside of the villa is very neatly furnished, and equally lovely as the exterior. The main room is a combined living and dining room, along with a kitchen, a place of great comfort ensured with the excellent choice of colors and element design. Everything from the lamps, furniture, floor tiles, soft window drapes, all of those things spell great elegance and harmony of use. There is a number of fine decorations throughout the house as well, and each of the bedrooms along with the living room have a LED TV installed. The kitchen is designed with great regard to functionality, and it is fully equipped for all your needs in view of meal preparation. The villa can accommodate 8 people within its 3 bedrooms. There are 3 accompanying bathrooms as well, all modernly designed and with shower cabins. The place is air conditioned, pet friendly, with available internet and WiFi connection.
For most of the daily shopping needs, you can find a few stores and bakeries around the center of Skrip, as well as a few cafes. For other content, you might want to check out some of the landmarks of Brač: the official center of the island, Supetar (7km) where, apart from all the festivities throughout summertime, you may explore the town’s history – mostly venetian baroque buildings from the 18th century, along with the 19th century expansion buildings. There is also the old town of Bol with all the interesting architecture and options such as wind surfing near the famous Zlatni Rat beach, rent-a-boat, jet-ski, etc. Above Bol towers the highest peak of Brač, Vidova Gora, from where you can enjoy a majestic view all around.
