The modern and luxuriously furnished villa with a pool in Dramalj, close to Crikvenice. 1 min drive from the center of Dramalj and 3 minutes drive from the center of Crikvenica. Land has 2000m2, contains a basketball court, barbecue, large pool 8x13m, Jacuzzi, whirlpool tub outside.
Villa Kalmar can be offer as whole house or separate apartments. During July and August it is only possible to rent the place as whole house, and during the rest of the year it is possible to rent it as separate apartments or as entire unit. Price for apartment is on request, and can vary depending on the season.
