The gorgeous, luxurious Villa Ana is located 15min of walking distance from the heart of Hvar town. The house is located in the second row from the sea level beneath a cliff with a spectacular 180 degrees view of the Adriatic sea and adjacent islands. The very design of the villa speaks for itself, as well as the content of its courtyard. It is a large house with light pink façade and various Mediterranean elements like the wooden window and door shades, arched doors, pillar supported roof and terrace and stone in some areas of the house. The courtyard with a garden is a very spacious area covering several levels and several themes. There is the first part of the courtyard in front of the house with the big wooden table and a set of chairs, all of which is in a shade of a big parasol, and where you can enjoy your outdoor meals in peace, with a great sea view and the lovely fragrances of Adriatic flora. Then there is the area functioning as a sun deck, with some sun loungers, a small wooden table and a parasol. A few steps further down takes you to the terrace with an infinity pool, with even more loungers, where you can enjoy some time under the sun and take a refreshing dip in the villa’s pool. On the side of the villa there is a nice open fireplace fit for making barbecue, along with a faucet for practicality.
The villa is suitable for the accommodation of up to 14 people and is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for some tranquility and privacy. There are 7 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, a satellite LCD TV and air condition. 6 rooms offer a direct view of the sea, while only one room had no sea view, that is, no direct light which it still compensates by the cool lighting system. The villa’s interior is very elegant and neat, thanks to the well-chosen furniture and other elements like the decorations, lighting, tiles and more. A lot of the furniture is wooden, sometimes even dark wood, and some of those are antique. That gives the place a certain rustic atmosphere and warmth. The door and window frames are wooden as well, along with some exposed lacquered ceiling beams. Ornaments and other decorations include various pictures, paintings, framed mirrors, vases, candleholders, all of them fine elements which give character to the villa. Internet is available, along with Wi-Fi for mobile devices. Maid service is available on request. The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped for all your meal preparation needs, but if you ever wish to try out some quality local dishes and not worry about making it, a private chef is available as well, also on request.
As far as your shopping needs are concerned, the old town of Hvar has a sufficient amount of general stores, bakeries, liquor stores and marketplaces. Apart from all the restaurants, bars and night clubs, there is an abundance of summertime options available like rent-a-boat, jet-ski, sailing, diving and guided tours, and all kinds of festivals are often held in town. As for the exploration, we suggest visiting Paklinski Islands right next to Hvar, Šćedro island, the Old Town Plain (if you’re up for some wine tasting), Tvrdalj Castle (a fortified Renaissance-era building that was the summer home of poet Petar Hektorović) and Fortica (a hilltop fortress with picturesque views). For more information regarding exploration or accommodation, feel free to ask. We wish you a pleasant stay!
