With the approach of summer, many seek a destination to properly refill their batteries after a year of hard work in the fast-paced surrounding of the cities, with all the noise, commotion, smog and many distractions. One way of recharging is by connecting with the riches of nature, such as the clear sea, fragrant flora, lively fauna and nice weather. The other way might be in engaging summertime activities, like sailing, windsurfing, waterpolo, swimming, jet-ski, food and wine tasting, and more – all of those things are available here in Villa Vesna.
Villa Vesna is a beautiful structure on situated on the waterfront of Primošten coast, and with such a position it provides great view of the open sea and the adjacent islands. Between the beach and the outer property wall is a lovely tree alley from which fine fragrances reach the villa. Out in the alley are a few sun loungers, a coffee table and wrought iron chairs where you can enjoy some leisure time in the shade of the trees. The villa itself is an elegant structure made of stone and brick, with a white façade, white window shades and red roof tiles. The upper floor of the villa has balconies with balustrades, which are supported by concrete pillars. The terrace of the house is fairly spacious – it is divided into two parts which are the open terrace and the swimming pool. The open part of the terrace can be used as a sun basking area, for which you would need a couple of deck chairs which are available as well. If you get tired of the classic formula of sun tanning and then pool refreshment, there are two parts of the terrace in the shade of the balcony above, which have sofas to enjoy your respite from the heat.
The interior of the villa is also very spacious, and the feeling is further accentuated by the wooden flooring, white walls and white majority of the furniture. The combination of this light brown and white gives the place a fresh, open and homey atmosphere you are sure to enjoy. The furniture is elegant, modern and distributed to fill the space in just the right way. Along with the mentioned white furniture, there is a number of wooden elements like the cupboards, coffee tables, commodes etc. The house is decorated with a great choice of various ornaments like vases with plants and terrific large and small paintings which tie the whole place together in harmony. The villa has 3 separate apartments composed out of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (equipped with a bath or shower) with a total occupancy for 12 people. There is a seating area with a SATV and DVD, and a kitchen equipped with all the neccessities of modern living. The place is air conditioned, with internet and Wifi, free parking, maid service on request and a private chef also on request.
For your daily shopping needs, you can find most of what you need in Primošten. It is a lovely centuries old town famous for its huge and beautiful vineyards, the traditional donkey race and the beach Raduča (voted one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Croatia). Aside from all the content inside of town, like the festivals, sports, rent-a-boats, bars and restaurants, there are options to consider is you wish to explore.
