This lovely villa in Rogoznica is sure to provide you with a holiday of great relaxation and peace. It is a large house with a free parking behind it and a spacious terrace in front of it. It is situated within the village itself, so anything you may need is within a couple of minutes on foot. The exterior of the villa is a very pleasant open space with a nice picturesque surrounding of the local vegetation and neighboring houses. It composes of the terrace and the garden. The terrace is a smooth paved surface with a swimming pool and plenty of space to place a couple of the villa’s sun loungers as well as a big sofa in front of which is a coffee table. Such a position ensures plenty of satisfaction, mainly from the magnificent view of the sea and the proximity of garden plants and their lovely fragrances. On the street side of the house, right at the main entrance door is a nice little pergola with vines that provide shade from the Sun. It is a great place to enjoy some afternoon tea!
The interior of the villa is very well furnished, and a lot of color themes are used within the spaces. Some of the rooms are thematically in blue tones, while others are in orange or green, but the overall combination works really good and pleasant to the eye. Also, with the choice of furniture, décor and build materials an atmosphere of home-like warmth is achieved, and the tone is set for some enjoyment in the fine harmony of the villa. There are 7 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms in the villa, as well as a kitchen fully equipped with all the necessities of modern living. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is provided, and so is a connection to internet and WiFi. The place is air conditioned, and maid service is available on request.
Rogoznica is a popular tourist village on the Dalmatian coast of Croatia that lies in the southernmost part of the Šibenik – Knin County, in a deep bay sheltered from wind, about 30 km from Šibenik. Within the village you can do all your grocery shopping, and nice beaches are spread throughout the bay. Aside from all the content inside of the village, like the festivals, sports, rent-a-boats, bars and restaurants, there are other options to consider is you wish to explore. These include the cities of Šibenik, Trogir (26km) and Primošten (11km) – all great options for history and architecture lovers.
