The building is made in modern architectural style known for the simplicity of its design, with mostly straight, sharp lines, and the equal importance of both the functionality and the aesthetics. Those last two feats have been well executed in the construction of the villa, which is evident immediately upon seeing it. The entrance to the property has a paved patio leading to the garage, above which is the villa’s terrace. In front of the villa is a lovely garden and a lawn, and there is a swing bench and a set of chairs with a wooden table – a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. Up on the spacious terrace is the lounging area with a swimming pool. Next to the swimming pool is an area with the deck chairs where you can enjoy some time under the Sun. This whole area is enclosed by a white stone fence with lovely built-in lighting system adding a romantic flavor during the evening hours. From the terrace, and the villa’s balconies, you can enjoy the gorgeous view of the bay of Rogoznica.
The interior of the house is very lively, well designed as the exterior and more than decent. Mostly the color scheme is white, with the excellently chosen touches of fandango pink, gray, orange and indigo blue. This wide array is even improved upon considering all the furniture is elegantly designed and fitting to the contemporary outlook of the house. Alongside the elegance, much is achieved in terms of comfort throughout the rooms with all the sofas, soft chairs and beds. General aesthetics of the house are even improved upon by the use of decorations in the form of pictures, paintings, wall clocks and other ornaments, as well as the fine choice of designer lighting. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the accommodation features air conditioning, a DVD player, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and internet/Wifi. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a fridge and kitchenware. An oven, a stove and a dishwasher are also provided. Maid service is available on request.
Rogoznica is a popular tourist village on the Dalmatian coast of Croatia that lies in the southernmost part of the Šibenik – Knin County, in a deep bay sheltered from wind, about 30 km from Šibenik. Within the village you can do all your grocery shopping, and nice beaches are spread throughout the bay. Aside from all the content inside of the village, like the festivals, sports, rent-a-boats, bars and restaurants, there are other options to consider is you wish to explore. These include the cities of Šibenik, Trogir (26km) and Primošten (11km) – all great options for history and architecture lovers.
