After a long year of hard work and fast paced routines, who wouldn’t wish for a vacation where you could really blow off some steam, get a quality rest and refill your energy for the work that follows? Brač is a place where anyone can feel welcome, an inviting place full of natural beauties in terms of flora, fauna and great weather, and equally full of engaging content, especially during the summer months. So if you are looking for both an energizing and a relaxing place, you’ve found it.
Little Miss Bol is a brand new villa for 6 people in the old town of Bol. Two man associations come into mind, which will be explained in the further text, and those are: Greece and lavender. Now, the Greece part is in the way the villa is designed, and the exterior elements it contains. First of all, the property is divided into a paved and unpaved land, with the paved part being the terrace in front of and surrounding the villa as well as a patio to be used as a parking space, and the unpaved part – the large gardens surrounding the villa, full of lush vegetation mostly consisting out of lovely olive trees. The villa is constructed out of quality Brač stone, with the white roof tiles and blue wooden window shades. The terrace is paved with white stone, so the general theme of blue-white in the natural setting fits the image of famous Greek islands, like Mykonos – and it is simply beautiful. The blue-white theme continues with the two pools on the white terrace, with the water from the smaller upper one trickling down to the larger infinity pool. There are some sun decks you may position next to the pools to enjoy the Sun and get just the right tan. On the side of the house is an enclosure with a fireplace and an open kitchen, so you could make fine food and dine outdoors.
The gorgeous interior is the lavender association. That is mainly because of the main colors used within the villa – violet, white and brown. It is a perfectly fitting combination that is sure to invite a feeling of serenity and joy. The furniture and the decorations within the house, as well as the functional elements like the stairway and its fence are all very elegantly designed, with not even one obtrusive object to break the harmony. The living room has a big comfortable sofa with a wooden table in front, there is a commode above which is a LED TV, while the kitchen/dining room has a white wooden set of chairs and a table, along with all the kitchen elements aside from the fridge being white, with violet tiles above the wooden surface and the sink. There is also a number of decorations in forms of plants and pictures positioned throughout the interior, carefully picked and with great taste. The villa consists out of a large living area with a kitchen and dining room and a bathroom on the ground floor and one master bedroom with a double bed, two rooms with two single beds each and a bathroom on the first floor. The place is air conditoned, internet and WiFi are available, a maid service is available on request and pets are welcome. If you ever wish to try out some tasty local cuisine, a private chef is also available on request!
A 5-10 minute walk takes you to downtown Bol where you can enjoy all sorts of content, such as bars, restaurants, town exploration, rent a boat, wind surfing and more. From there you can visit one of the beautiful beaches in the town’s proximity, most known being Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape). Other interesting options for exploration might be Vidova Gora right above Bol (the highest peak of Brač offering a stunning view in every direction), Supetar (the island’s official center, providing a lot of content in the likes of festivals, fisherman fests, etc.) and Blaca hermitage (a remote 16th century monastery built into a cliff). Enjoy your stay!
