Nature is one of the best things around us that has the great potential of recharging our energy spent in mostly mundane work, within the cities, with everything going on in such a fast pace. Many therefore seek refuge in the nature’s embrace, and especially so during their summer vacation. If you also look forward to such an embrace, full of beautiful images, fair weather, clean sea and the perfume of the vegetation, Villa Aurelis is your place.
The gorgeous Villa Aurelis is situated on the outskirts of the lovely Adriatic town called Primošten, whose old historical core can be conveniently seen from the villa’s terrace. The building is designed in contemporary fashion, characterized by great elegance of form. The majority of it is white, with large glass slide doors leading to the balconies with glass fences and built in lighting on the ceilings. Part of the villa, like its support column and the chimney are made out of dark grey stone, adding a fine touch to the overall outlook. Being on the outskirts, the villa is surrounded by lush nature, but it still uses a variety of eye pleasing vegetation as an important part of the inner arrangement. This results in an array of plants positioned throughout the property, and it blends in perfectly. The main attraction of the spacious terrace is the big swimming pool with a Jacuzzi right next to it. The area around the pool is covered with wooden-like tiles which fit wonderfully to the theme. Around the pool is plenty of space to position pillows, deck chairs and parasols to get the most out of the Sun and just good old leisure time. Close to the Jacuzzi is a dining area with a setup of table and chairs, a stone fireplace and an outdoor modern kitchen.
If the exterior is elegant, then the interior is just the embodiment of grace. This contemporary combination functionality and aesthetics is awesomely done, and for a number of reasons. One of those is the openness of space – this is achieved with the use of light colors, like white walls, white elements, faded wood and a lot of sunlight entering through the large slide doors. Along with the openness, a fresh and peaceful atmosphere radiates within the confines of the villa. The satisfaction of residing in a place of such elegance is even more accentuated with the addition of lovely comfortable furniture (like the orange/gray sofa, beds and tabures) and cool dark elements such as the well-chosen designer lighting, dining room chairs, stairway metal railing, bathroom tiles and the large internal fireplace in the living room. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the villa, all furnished in the equal standard as the rest of the villa’s rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities in terms of meal preparation. If you ever wish to try some tasty local cuisine at home, a private chef is available on request. Maid service is also available (on request). The whole place is air conditioned, with internet and WiFi connection. In front of the villa is the parking space for two or more vehicles.
For your daily shopping needs, you can find most of what you need in Primošten. It is a lovely centuries old town famous for its huge and beautiful vineyards, the traditional donkey race and the beach Raduča (voted one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Croatia). Aside from all the content inside of town, like the festivals, sports, rent-a-boats, bars and restaurants, there are options to consider is you wish to explore. These include the cities of Šibenik, Trogir and Zadar, the National Park Krka and NP Kornati. For more information regarding exploration, feel free to ask. We wish you a pleasant stay!
