Villa Mimi is a modern villa with large glass sections that bring the magnificent panoramic views inside the living room and make the indoor and outdoor life merge together. This recently built villa with four bedrooms and four bathrooms gives easily access to 8 guests. The house is extremely comfortable and designed in a very personal way. The two wings in Villa Mimi are connected by kitchen inside and an open terrace outside. A swimming pool occupies the courtyard. On lower level you will find an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances. While you prepare your favorite meal, your eyes will be lead towards outward and sea views. You can imagine and enjoy the Dalmatian country life. Dining area with a dining table and chairs is placed in front of the kitchen. From dining area you access a lovely living room and outside area where swimming pool is waiting for a refreshing swim. Large sofas in living room will make you lounge around. For your entertainment you will find a music sound system with a record player and large flat-screen TV. On this level you will find as well an extra toilette, laundry room with washing machine and a storage room. In the left wing one double bedroom with en suite bathroom has a direct access to swimming pool area. Two separate staircases inside divide Villa Mimi into two upper floor wings, where 3 more bedrooms are placed each with it's own en suite bathroom. Very practical solution if different families or groups are staying together at one time. The pool with infinity feeling, next to the villa, overlooks the whole area and will be the favorite place in summer. The sheltered terrace provides a lot of shadow in hot summer and in the evening there is nothing better than enjoying a glass of local wine with some traditional dishes.
