This beautiful Villa is situated close to crystal clear waters of magnificent Adriatic Sea, in village Razanj. Its indoor area spans across four floors connected with outdoor stairs and so its size is ideal for larger families and groups of friends. On ground floor you will find a big room filled with various appliances for fun activities including many different fun activities for the kids (pool table, darts, table tennis, table soccer, boxing bag etc.). First floor is has its own three room apartment that exits to a beautifully decorated garden with two swimming pools one bigger and one smaller that is great for children. Also forming part of the garden is a terrace with a roof that will help you find shade if you need it, and completely outfitted summer kitchen with a big outdoor dinning table. Outside you will also have access to one additional toilet. On the back side of the house there is a small room equipped with sauna and solarium, and there is even a small gym next door to nicely sum up this small wellness area. Second and third floor each have its own two room apartment with separate entrances, each of them has its own living room and kitchen fully equipped. All the terraces of the house feature beautiful panoramic views of the sea, the biggest terrace is the one on second floor that also has additional barbecue installed. Swimming pools have two outside showers installed near by for your convenience. During the stay you can freely use the bicycles that are at the Villa and also children can enjoy playing games on PlayStation. Beaches near by are pebble and small rocks. We strongly recommend a visit to historical towns of Trogir, Split and Sibenik that ofer some incredible sights. Or if you are more of a nature person then National Park Krka is perfect for you with its beautiful lakes and waterfalls. Rogoznica is one of the bigger towns situated near by.
