Villa Dennis is a lovely villa situated in the town of Makarska, on the southern coast of Dalmatia. That terrace houses two pools, a number of sun loungers, parasols, a table and a set of chairs for outdoor dining. The villa has a garage and parking spaces on the patio.
Within the villa you will encounter a lot of interesting elements which work together to create harmony. The floors are tiled in the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, while the bedrooms have hardwood floors which emit a bit of warmth in the space. The furniture is quite modern, very elegant and comfortable. The walls are mostly painted white, with an exception of one surface painted pink in the living room, which is a cool addition. All the rooms are airy, fresh and quite open, largely due to the sufficient amount of sunlight entering through the large windows. Décor is well imagined and it consists of a number of various paintings, pictures, ornaments, drapes and designer lamps. The kitchen is fully equipped for your daily cooking needs; you will find an electric stove, an oven, a dishwasher, all the necessary utensils and more. A special feature of the villa is a gym with plenty of exercise machines like the bicycle or an elliptical. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, the living room, dining room and the kitchen. The town of Makarska has always been the center of Makarska Riviera region, both in an administrative, political and economic sense, as well as a center of culture and education. It is a tourist center, located on a horseshoe shaped bay between Biokovo mountains and the Adriatic sea. The town is noted for its palm-fringed promenade, where cafes, bars and boutiques overlook the harbor. There is plenty to explore in the city, like its old streets in the center or centuries old sacral building like St.Mark’s church. There are appealing opportunities outside of town as well, like visiting Krka national park, Biokovo nature park (there are some great hiking trails), the town of Mostar, Dubrovnik, Botanical garden Kotisina, Park forest Osejava and more. There is a wide selection of summertime activities (such as sailing, diving, fishing, water sports, rent-a-bikes, etc.) and fine restaurants offering truly delicious specialties.
