The amazing Villa Mali is an excellent place to spend your summer vacation, whether it is with a large family or with a group of friends. Situated on the southern coast of Croatia, namely Makarska Riviera, the villa provides a great opportunity to experience Adriatic lifestyle and engage in a number of fun activities. The villa is located a short distance away from the center of Makarska town, which is in itself a good circumstance, given how it places you away from the noise and hustle of the town’s core. In this way you can get a proper rest, while still having all you need at hand’s reach. One more plus of the area is the richness of its nature, as you are sure to find out in each direction you look. The vegetation is plentiful, the sea is clearly visible in a majestic view from the villa and its terraces, and behind the villa an even more memorable view of the imposing Biokovo mountain. The villa is designed in modern style, boasting simplicity of lines and shapes, as well as using fine, high quality materials and designer lighting. The terrace in front of the villa contains a lovely pool with a few sun beds. There is a thin metal pergola with vine growth which provides a natural shade from the hottest hours of the day.
Villa Mali can accommodate up to 14 people in its 7 bedrooms. It also has 6 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. Aside from all that, guests have a barbecue, a gym, a Jacuzzi and 5 terraces on their disposal. The terraces of the villa are equipped with furniture like the dining tables, coffee tables and various chairs, allowing for outdoor feasts and just enjoying your time with a cup of tea or coffee. The uppermost terrace is the largest one (being the roof of the villa), and it has a number of sun beds, plants in vases, comfortable sofas, a nice Jacuzzi and an open shower. From here you can enjoy the greatest view the villa has to offer, and one you will hardly ever forget! The interior of the villa boasts elegant furniture of modern design, mostly in black or white tones. The walls are painted white and the floor is covered in light gray tiles. All of this, in combination with all the sunlight entering through the large glass surfaces creates an airy, open and fresh atmosphere. The upper floor has hardwood floor and other wooden furniture which brings out warmth and makes the space all the more pleasurable. The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped for all you need in terms of meal preparation. The villa is air conditioned, pet friendly, with internet and Wi-Fi. Maid service is available on request.
The town of Makarska has always been the center of Makarska Riviera region, both in an administrative, political and economic sense, as well as a center of culture and education. It is a tourist center, located on a horseshoe shaped bay between Biokovo mountains and the Adriatic sea. The town is noted for its palm-fringed promenade, where cafes, bars and boutiques overlook the harbor. There is plenty to explore in the city, like its old streets in the center or centuries old sacral building like St.Mark’s church. There are appealing opportunities outside of town as well, like visiting Krka national park, Biokovo nature park (there are some great hiking trails), the town of Mostar, Dubrovnik, Botanical garden Kotisina, Park forest Osejava and more. There is a wide selection of summertime activities (such as sailing, diving, fishing, water sports, rent-a-bikes, etc.) and fine restaurants offering truly delicious specialties. Grocery shopping can be done in the town’s markets. For more information regarding exploration or accommodation, feel free to ask!
