After a year of continuous work, there aren’t many who wouldn’t welcome a good long vacation. The idea of a good vacation differs among people of different spheres of interest, but there just might be one unwritten rule out there – we all get our proper fill from being around nature. Nature is our old bond to the planet, and being fast-paced big city dwellers like most of us are, we often forsake our roots. And so, to get a proper recharge, we seek proper destinations. The Adriatic coast of Croatia is just such a place, known for its lively flora and fauna, clear sky, clean sea, great mountains... Add a little luxury into the mix, and you’ve got yourself a dream vacation!
The amazing Golden Villa No.07 is one of the 7 villas in a luxury complex located in Primošten, a town situated between the cities of Šibenik and Trogir. The villa is designed in modern architectural style – which means simplicity in form and design. The architecture of the villa is based on abstraction, which is created by clean lines, basic shapes and forms. It is also determined in form by its functionality, meaning performance for intended use, or fitness for purpose. So the form of the villa follows function both on the inside and out, and as we stand on the paved terrace we see all those characteristics in a great combination of style and utility. The terrace has a swimming pool, and by it you have the option of positioning a number of sun decks to just enjoy while basking in the sunlight. The architects have devoted particular attention to the position of the complex, which gives exclusivity to each individual villa without separating it from the others because the view from each is unique and unobstructed by the unit in front of it. The green roofs of the villas create the impression of a garden for the villa behind it.
The interior of the villa is in a complete harmony with the exterior, meaning it follows the recipe of modernity. The elements are mostly light colored, like the white walls, beige tiles, wooden staircase and some of the furniture, beige sofas and so on. Some of the elements are darker, like black and dark grey, and they fit perfectly into the elegant outlook of the place. The designer lighting is also matched with the theme, and the abundance of large glass slide doors allows for more than sufficient light entering the villa throughout the day, giving it the atmosphere of freshness. The villas are adapted to the configuration of the terrain in a way that they are partially dug into the terrain with a green atrium at the rear of the villa, making a unique link between modern architecture and a Mediterranean ambience. The 3 bedroom villa accommodates up to 6 people, and the whole area is divided into the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a dining area which opens to the terrace with the pool, SAT/LCD TV, an open fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, and a sauna with a shower. Fitness equipment includes an indoor bike and a treadmill. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed (2x90x200cm) and one with 2 beds, SAT/LCD TV, en suite bathrooms, and a lovely French balcony. Maid service is available on request, and a roof parking in the villa has space for 2 vehicles.
