Welcome to Villa Dolores, a new and luxurious property located in Sutivan, a small and peaceful town in the northwestern part of the island of Brač. Brač, being the largest and one of the most popular islands in Dalmatia region, encompasses all of the Mediterranean qualities; picturesque fishing villages and towns with centuries old architecture, fine seafood cuisine, lovely flora and fauna, and most importantly, clear and clean sea all around.
Villa Dolores is designed by a local architect in a contemporary fashion, represented by sharp lines, light colors, with main objectives being comfort and functionality. It is positioned in a fairly secluded way offering sufficient privacy, and its altitude provides unrestricted views of the sea, the continental coast and its mountains, the beaches, the town and surrounding towns.
The villa has a total surface area of 550 square meters, 380 of which are contained within the house. From the street you can directly enter into the garage which is on the same level as the ground floor (with direct access). A couple of steps further will take you to the living room with elegant furniture, much like in the rest of the villa, and a multimedia entertainment setup: a large screen LED TV (SATV), DVD, Playstation 4 and radio. Within this area are the spa and the relaxation zone with a sauna and a bathroom. Also in the open plan ground floor there is a small, but fully equipped auxiliary kitchen, an internal fireplace and a dining table with bench seating. The kitchen and dining area can be screened off offering versatility when used as an extra sleeping area on the large sofa bed.
Apart from the ground floor, the villa has a first and second floor and a garden with a heated swimming pool. Up the stairs on the first floor is a laundry/utility room and a toilet on the left, while on the other side of the house a dining room is situated, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room leading out to the garden terrace with a barbecue, pool and deck chairs. This part of the house has a number of glass surfaces ensuring the entrance of light and a magnificent view all around. There is also a large double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The second floor consists of three elegant bedrooms with double beds (two of which have terraces) and bathrooms with showers. All of the rooms provide and excellent view of the surroundings!
All in all the villa has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 toilet and is suitable to accommodate up to 10 people. The whole place is air conditioned, pet friendly, a maid is available on demand, as well as a private chef.
For most of the daily shopping needs, you can find a few stores and bakeries around the town of Sutivan, as well as a few cafes. For other content, you might want to check out some of the landmarks of Brač: the official centre of the island, Supetar (9km) where, apart from all the festivities throughout summertime, you may explore its history – mostly venetian baroque buildings from 18th century, along with 19th century expansion buildings. There is also the old town of Bol (42km) with all the interesting architecture and options such as wind surfing near the famous Zlatni Rat beach, rent-a-boat, jet-ski, etc. Above Bol towers the highest peak of Brač, Vidova Gora, from where you can enjoy a majestic view all around.
