Welcome to sunny Bol, a famous old town on the biggest and highest island in Dalmatia region, Brač. It is a place where you can fulfill most of your dreams of a great vacation, a place where you can choose to either spend some time in peace or have an unexpected adventure!
The amazing Villa Rose Gardens provides all of those options, being in the center of town, yet secluded enough by its stone walls to ensure enough privacy. The benefits of such positioning are evident in the distances to most points of interest, for example: the nearest supermarket is a mere 100 meters away, and a couple of minutes walk takes you to most of the restaurants (suggestion: Konoba Dalmatino), cocktail bars (Varadero, Yolo), bakeries and ice cream stands in the vicinity. The famous beach from all the postcards of Bol, called Zlatni Rat (The Golden Cape), is just 1km away.
The villa has a lovely enclosed courtyard, surrounded by irregular stone walls with built in lighting system which creates a fine and romantic atmosphere in the evening. That courtyard features an L-shaped pool, and right by it you can relax on the villa’s padded sun loungers.
The interior of the villa is contemporary and light with a touch of older style represented by a number of stone walls and wooden floors. Mostly the interior is white walls with sharp lines and subtle modern lighting, creating a general feeling of openness of space, which is further encouraged by the use of modern, stylish and low-key furniture.
The villa has 5 bedrooms (providing accommodation for 13 people), mostly with double beds and also adorned with some stone surfaces, and each of those has an adjoined bathroom with a toilet. The rest of the villa’s spaces consists out of a large living room, an upper terrace and a lovely blue-white and fully equipped kitchen. The entire villa is air conditioned, pet friendly, with available internet & Wi-Fi, and a chef on demand if you ever wish to try some local cuisine without going to a restaurant. Also, there’s a Jacuzzi you can take a break in!
Now for some general exploring suggestions; you might consider visiting Vidova Gora right above Bol (the highest peak of Brač offering a stunning view in every direction), Supetar (the island’s official center, providing a lot of content in the likes of festivals, fisherman fests, etc.) and Blaca hermitage (a remote 16th century monastery built into a cliff). Bol itself offers plenty of entertainment in the form of summer fests, rent-a-boats, windsurfing, jet skiing etc. More information will be provided on your request, so feel free to ask. We wish you a pleasant stay!
