The cliff is amazing and filled with lush flora indigenous to the locality, like pine, cypress and palms, along with some smaller plants like rosemary, lavender and olive. From it you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea and Dubrovnik Riviera, along with the island of Lokrum. A short walk will take you down to the sea and a fine beach., and a 10min walk is what it takes to reach the city. Apart from the natural riches and the quiet, peaceful surroundings away from all the crowds within the city’s walls, you can enjoy the luxury of the villa itself. As you reach the villa, you park beneath the pine trees and walk up the stairs to the upper level of the terrace. There you will see a fine structure made of stone, a villa made in traditional Mediterranean fashion in which you can completely immerse yourself with the local culture. There is some modern touch, though, which makes for a great stylistic upgrade and announces the luxury to be found within. The property boasts a spacious courtyard rich in flora of different kinds, be it trees or little gardens. You will find some tables and sets of chairs where you can enjoy some time outdoors.
The villa’s interior is designed with great taste and in accordance with the demands of modern day living. All of the elements are new and designer made, from furniture to lighting. The luxury doesn’t go over the top, but it manages to present a graceful, pleasant space where you are sure to feel like home. The furniture is very elegant, especially in the kitchen, the living room and the dining room. The prevailing tone of the house is a mixture of black and white, with the black floor tiles and white colored walls. The kitchen is also a combination of those two achromatic colors, along with some surfaces like the living room wall what is dark, with a white bookshelf leaned against it. you will find many decorations within the villa, most of them contemporary art pieces that excellently fit into the theme of the place. Lovely drapes decorate the windows, and when they are pulled apart they allow sunlight to enter the villa and make the spaces feel airy and fresh. The 120m2 recently remodeled villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen and the bathrooms are fully equipped for all your daily needs. Dubrovnik is claimed to be one of the most beautiful places in the world, mostly due to its perfectly preserved centuries old architecture, rich history, warm southern climate, emerald green and dark blue sea spilling into numerous bays and coves, with steep reefs decorated with lush Mediterranean and subtropical flora. The City of Dubrovnik is under UNESCO protection due to its long history and heritage – the real origin of the city is unclear, but it certainly is an old city, persevering on its stony cliffs for at least 14 centuries. There is a lot of things to do and explore within the city limits, and these are some of them: you can enjoy dramatic views of the sea and the cliffs by taking a walks along the defensive walls of the city, visit the monastery on an island of Lokrum 600m from the city (by ferry or kayak), enjoy the fresh air on the summit of Srđ, a round hill to which you can reach by foot or with an aerial cablecar and Lovrijenac – a 16th century seaside fortress built along a 37 meter rock face and currently hosting theatrical performances.
