This beautiful frontline villa is all you can wish for on your dream vacation! It is a lovely new villa designed in accordance with modern architecture elements such as functionality and elegance, with a fair amount of traditional elements that complete the whole picture. The façade is a beige, rough surface with an addition of stone elements in proper places, like the balustrade fence of small pillars on the villa’s balconies, a stone drywall in the courtyard and the stone outdoor fireplace. The villa’s courtyard is a spacious surface divided into two parts – trimmed grass / garden, and a paved area which includes a large swimming pool on the lowest terrace. Close to the is a paved area with stone benches and a table, right next to the old school fireplace that may be used as a dining area where you can enjoy some lovely barbecue! The pool is always a good idea to spend some leisure time, and the great number of deck chairs next to it only increases the quality of the whole experience. One important thing to mention, however, is the proximity of the sea. The villa is on the waterfront, so a short walk takes you down to the rocky beach where you can go for a swim in the clearest of Mediterranean seas. Two kayaks are also available for your leisure.
Once the villas exterior and its lovely garden with a variety of plants has been explored, one might create some expectations regarding the villa’s interior. It is nothing short of elegant and lovely, with an abundance of wooden and white surfaces that go together magnificently, and create a warm and comfortable feeling throughout the interior. Delicate decorations are present in the form of various pictures and paintings, lamps, ornaments and vases that all give a real Mediterranean touch to the place. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with large glass doors overlooking the sea and the terrace. The terrace is 60m2, which is perfect for enjoying lazy afternoons with your family and friends. A wooden staircase leads from the ground floor to the upper one where you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The larger bedroom is 30m2. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed and it has its own bathroom, equipped with a Jacuzzi and a massage shower. The larger bedroom has its own terrace (25m2) with a stunning sea view and wooden furniture. The second bedroom (20m2) is equipped with two single beds. This bedroom also has its own bathroom, equipped with a shower. The bedroom is connected to a balcony, which offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery! The house also has another apartment, which has a separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed. It has its own bathroom with a shower.
You can find most of what you need in terms of grocery shopping in the center of Vrboska (100m), along with some bars, restaurants, bakeries, fish markets and more. You should find even more of those in Jelsa, which is within walking distance. There is an abundance of summertime options available like rent-a-boat, jet-ski and guided tours, and festivals that are often held in the old town. As for the exploration, we suggest visiting Paklinski Islands right next to Hvar, Šćedro island, the Old Town Plain (if you’re up for some wine tasting), Tvrdalj Castle (a fortified Renaissance-era building that was the summer home of poet Petar Hektorović) and Fortica (a hilltop fortress with picturesque views).
