This amazing property is located just few meters from the sea, comprised of a large three storey building with four beautiful apartments and one penthouse apartment. The penthouse apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Apartments have a microwave, SAT-TV receiver, air conditioning to keep the place cool during the day but during the night the windows can be opened to let the sea breeze. The house is surrounded with greenery, lot of fruit plants, olive trees on property of 1300m.
Apartment OLIVA is situated in the ground floor in has partial sea view. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person and another big sofa bed in the living room where 2 people can sleep. So a total of 5 people can sleep in this apartment. The apartment has one bathroom, kitchen and balcony.
Apartment KADULJA is one first floor, this apartment has all the same features like apartment OLIVA and it has a nice balcony with sea view.
Apartment RUZMARIN is right next to apartment KADULJA with same features.
Apartment LAVANDA is on the same floor but has no sea view because its looking on the back of the house.
Only apartment OLIVA has a washing machine inside the apartment, while all the other apartments have one washing machine in the comunala area that is shared.
Size of each apartment is about 50 square meters.
There is a grill and a large covered yard that all guest can use. At the front of the house is a parking space for 4-5 cars for guests.
As soon as the world wakes up the birds start singing and nothing is more wonderful than to walk to the sea, look at the foaming waves of Adriatic and the beautiful shells whipped ashore. You are alone except for a fisherman who throws his nets in the sea and draws his catch in.
Your evening stroll takes you to the village with a wide range of entertainments( restaurants, cafes, disco) and sports ALDURA. The village is known for famous ZOO with restaurant, tennis court,and entertainment for kids.
Scuba diving on the most well known tourist destination ISLAND BRAC is an unbelievable experience where divers can see and experience the beautiful and untouched nature of the Adriatic Sea.
