This lovely villa on the island of Ciovo has all the makings of a fine holiday. The island is located on the southern part of Dalmatia, connected with the town of Trogir by a small bridge. The island is very lovely, full of hills and fields, which gave birth to all sorts of characteristic Mediterranean vegetation like pine, cypress, citrus, fig and more, most of which are known for, apart from their health benefits, the glorious fragrances they emit. It was designed in modern fashion and it provides a wide content. There are three floors, the ground floor and two upper ones, stacked in simple shapes one above the other and defined by the sharp, elegant lines that are the basis of minimalistic aesthetics. The colors of the villa and white, and each of the upper floors has a lovely terrace supported by stone pillars. The glass surfaces of the villa are large, so as to let in a lot of sunlight into the place. The courtyard of Villa Ciovo is spacious and roughly divided into two levels, with an additional garden area above the upper level. The fence around the property is 1m wide and filled with earth, from which all sorts of plants grow to create a natural border with the outer landscape. Lower courtyard is paved and it houses a nice L-shaped swimming pool, next to which you will find some sun loungers with comfy cushions. Near the pool is a dining area under the shade of a wooden roof supported by pillars. There you will find a fireplace and a table with a set of chairs, making it a perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals while marveling at the beauty surrounding the property. The interior of the villa is as gracious and modern as its exterior, which can be seen in almost all of its elements. The central room of the villa is the spacious living room, with gray tiles, wooden beams of the ceiling and lovely, elegant furniture carefully positioned to make the most out of the whole space. The long sofas are comfortable and fine, the coffee tables are wooden and a bit rounded, perfectly fitting into the picture and the lighting is very well-chosen, illuminating the room in quiet, romantic way. Apart from the lovely pool outside, within the villa you will find a Jacuzzi and a sauna. The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped for your meal preparation needs. There are four deluxe bedroom suites inside the villa, ideal for families and friends. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower, TV and a safe. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have the same as bedroom 1, with an addition of a private balcony, while the master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with dual shower, TV and a safe. The villa is air conditioned, with internet access.
