The original stone villa, situated in the peaceful village Močići in Čilipi - Konavle, one of the most beautiful parts of Dubrovnik riviera, is ideal for a comfortable and luxurious vacation without the hustle and bustle. It is surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the Konavle, panoramic views of the sea and garden facing the south. Set on three floors, with a total of 300 m2 of living space and 800 m2 garden, 3 terrace. In the garden is an additional small house about 60 m square where is a Jacuzzi for 4 people and a sauna. We offer 5 bedrooms with bathrooms. The first floor is the living area, dining room, kitchen (well equipped), wine cellar and entertainment room with billiards and pikado. All bedrooms and a living room have a flat-screen TV and the house is fully air-conditioned, thus covered with wireless internet connection. All windows are with thermal glass with mosquito nets.
Our visitors can also relax in covered terrace on the first floor "Dubrovnik glorijet", which offering a beautiful panoramic view. What will complete holiday four our guests is an outdoor swimming pool of 45 m² with shallow, Jacuzzi, free bicycles, and children's playground. In front of the house, next to pool is a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a space for eating and socializing (lounge), above the house is a terrace also . Shower and lounge chairs are by the pool. Parking is provided for 3 cars.
Beside Cavtat, Cilipi are the largest settlement in the area called Konavle. There is also beautiful village Molunat which is one of the southernmost places of Croatia, near the border with Montenegro. Villa is located 18 kilometers from Dubrovnik and only 5 kilometers from Cavtat.
For those who want to explore the rich coast there are several diving clubs in Cavtat. Lovers of cycling can choose any of the bike trails length of 10 kilometers or more. Through entire area are hiking trails that allow you to enjoy the untouched nature, but also to get to the unique beaches Konavle rocks. 5 km away is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic "Pasjača" whose beauty and purity of the sea are breathtaking. In the nearby village is recreational trail ride, ATV safari and adrenalin park. In hole area there are several good restaurants and caffes.
