Newly built Villa Nina is a lovely complex in the little village called Brsečine, a way up north from the city of Dubrovnik. The villa’s owners are architects, so the structure proves its worth in many fine designed and executed ways. The luxurious property features 9 suites, each of them consisting of a total of 30m2 that includes a bedroom and a bathroom. Each of the rooms has a double bed and a high-end bathroom with marble covered floor and walls. With its size and the number of individual suites, it is perfectly suited for larger families, couples or groups of friends. Both the interior and the exterior of the villa are excellent in their aesthetic quality, and functionality as well. The interior spaces are simply gorgeous, containing plenty of wood and fine furniture, some of which comes all the way from Bali. The overall theme of the villa is Mediterranean, and it succeeds in bringing out the authenticity in various ways. All the wood, like the exposed beams and planks of the ceiling, the window shades and most of the furniture makes the place quite romantic and even rustic. The combination of high quality materials is just fantastic, leaving some wall surfaces completely in stone, while the others are painted white and decorated with awesome paintings, designer lamps and maritime ornaments. The unique villa incorporates traditional aesthetics into the modern look and functionality, creating an amazing living space anyone should enjoy.
The exterior of Villa Nina is equally captivating, with every element adding to the quality of the property. As with the interior, the exterior of the structure is a blend of styles, though leaning more towards the traditional look. You will see plenty of stone as the main building block of some structural elements, along with some typical Mediterranean traits like the pillar-supported pergola, wooden canopies illuminated by some lovely lamps and plenty of comfortable furniture from which you can enjoy your leisure time looking towards the sea, the Elafiti islands of Šipan and Lopud and the occasional ship sailing between Dubrovnik and Slano. The main attraction of the paved part of the courtyard is the 35m2 swimming pool, next to which there are some deck chairs. The unpaved parts of the property contain various types of vegetation like palm trees, vine, shrubs and more. The villa greatly benefits from its position alone, as Brsečine is a settlement of low population density and enriched by lush flora. You are sure to get a proper rest on the property, while enjoying the glory of nature all around you and taking in all the fine fragrances spread by the seaward winds. The property can be rented as a whole complex for one big group or per rooms for couples or smaller families. Villa Nina is air conditioned, with internet access and WiFi. Brsečine is a village in the north-western part of the Dubrovnik littoral in Croatia, about 1km from the cove of the same name and 25km northwest of Dubrovnik. It is one of the favorite excursion destinations for the citizens of Dubrovnik, mainly due to its beautiful shore southeast of Cape Osmolis. There is some historical heritage in the vicinity to explore, like the 16th century mansion of the Zuzoric family and the fortified mansion of the Ohmucevic-Bizzaro family, with a chapel and a park, from the 17th century. You can also find the old church of St. George and next to it the ruins of a small church of St. Stephen. There are some shops and bars in the vicinity, but for more content both in terms of shopping and cultural or adventurous activities you should consider visiting the old town of Dubrovnik, where every step among those ancient streets bears a new interesting landmark.
