Villa Ina is a lovely, grandiose villa and a perfect starting point in exploring this interesting part of Croatia, rich in natural beauties (especially the national parks mentioned later on). Named after a flower that enjoys bright sunlight, Villa Ina is a stylish, modern villa with a true soul of the Mediterranean. It is built out of new, high quality materials such as stone, brick and wood, and the general outlook bears the traditional aesthetics that make the place as genuine as it can be. As lovely as the house itself is, there is much to enjoy in the property altogether, especially the courtyard. The main part of the surface includes a trimmed lawn and specific garden areas with mature trees and various other plants. Right next to the villa, on the paved part is a large swimming pool with a sun terrace. Positioned on the terrace are sun loungers where you can enjoy your time under the sun. A special feature of this amazing house is its marvelous organic garden from where guests themselves can choose and pick their own seasonal eco-vegetables. Next to the main house there is a garden house with another fully-equipped kitchen. Another place to enjoy tasty meals is at the end of the garden next to the stone built-in fireplace, a paved area under the shade of a lovely wooden pergola supported by brick pillars.
The interior doesn’t fall behind one bit comparing to the exterior, only improving upon the whole picture. The mix of modern and traditional can be seen within the villa as well, with some eye catching details that give a special feeling to the place. The furniture is often vintage, like the kitchen elements and living room sofas, with most of it being wooden. The lighting is just fantastic, as it includes a variety of interesting lamps with both elegant and industrial qualities. The choice of colors within the villa is also commendable, with cream tiled floors, light violet and white walls, orange and green sofas all combined into a harmony pleasant to the eye. The whole villa is filled with rays of natural light and fresh air. The ground floor’s largest room is divided into two areas: the living area containing a lovely fireplace, and a classy dining area with a large table for twelve. Throughout the entire upper floor five comfortable bedrooms are situated, each with a private ensuite bathroom and a flat screen TV. With an earlier agreement set, it is possible to organize food delivery right to the villa or to use the assistance of our cleaning staff or a cook throughout your entire stay. We also organise delightful wedding ceremonies as well as all sorts of receptions and meetings to fulfill your wishes. The entire place is air conditioned, with internet and Wi-Fi for mobile devices.
There is a small supermarket, a fruit-vegetable-fish market, a cafe and a restaurant in the village of Zemunik, so you shouldn’t have any trouble with the basic grocery shopping needs. However, if you do wish for a richer choice both in terms of shopping and in terms of exploration, we advise visiting the closest city, Zadar. It is one gorgeous and the oldest continuously inhabited Croatian city. It has a rich history, which can be learned by visiting many old streets, churches, buildings and forts dating all the way back to the Venetian times, the Crusades and even longer before that. Apart from its history, it offers a lot of content like bars, restaurants, night clubs, rent-a-boat, sailing, diving, sports and much, much more. There’s plenty to see inland as well, like the three national parks – Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes and Krka, offering hiking, rock-climbing, swimming near waterfalls and just pure joy of experiencing such amazing nature. For more information regarding exploration and accommodation, feel free to ask. We wish you a pleasant stay!
