This amazing villa on Korcula’s waterfront is situated in a calm, romantic bay of Grscica, which is 7km from the town of Blato, 14km from Vela Luka and only a half an hour drive from the historic town of Korcula. The gorgeous villa will give you an opportunity to truly immerse yourself in the lifestyle of the Adriatic, with its many benefits ranging from its very location to its design. Being in such a nice and quiet place, you are guaranteed to get a proper rest and enjoy your time in the privacy of the property. Moreover, with all the flora around the house and the serene sea in front of it, anyone is sure to find peace of mind. The villa is designed in modern way, with some lovely traditional elements typical of the Mediterranean architecture. These include the use of stone in some of the walls of the house, a colonnade of pillars, wooden window and door covers and a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. The villa has a spacious courtyard / terrace, paved with smooth tiles and providing excellent content, the most important being the swimming pool next to the house. This pool has a possibility of heating after the temperature drops below 23°C, and it is surrounded by lovely sun loungers where you can enjoy some time under the sun. The traditional touch of the exterior dissolves as you enter the villa, only to be replaced with an elegance of modern minimalism. All of the furniture is tastefully chosen and functionally placed. The tiles are shiny and the walls painted light beige or white, creating a fresh and airy atmosphere suitable for such a place. Decorations are very lovely as well, mostly consisting of little framed paintings. The villa spreads on 4 levels: the ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd and 3rd floor. There are 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, making the villa suitable for a total of 12 people. The villa has satellite LCD TV, cable Internet, two fully equipped kitchens with oven, stove, range hood, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The villa has two washing machines, two irons, two ironing boards and two safes. Each room has its own bathroom and hair dryer. A baby cot and feeder are available upon request. The house is air conditioned, has two Jacuzzis and a private parking with 4 spaces.
Next to the villa, in fact only 10 meters from it, is a nice secluded beach with cascade plateaus, deck chairs and mooring. Being so close to the villa, it offers you a great opportunity to spend as much time as possible enjoying the sea and the wonderful surroundings of the beach like pine trees and other Mediterranean vegetation. Grocery shopping can be done in Grscica village, but for more options regarding either shopping or purely enjoying the rich content of the island, we recommend visiting the two largest places on the island: Vela Luka and Korcula. Korcula is a very old town (13th century) with a long history, parts of which still stand today as a monument to ages gone by, like the central Romanesque-Gothic Cathedral of St Mark, the 15th century Franciscan monastery with a Venetian Gothic cloister, the civic council chambers, the massive city fortifications and much more. We also recommend the beach Pupnatska Luka, Lumbarda and the isle of Badija, places famous for their beauty and serenity.
