The neighborhood where the complex is located is peaceful and a bit away from all the hustle of the center, so you have the opportunity to enjoy your holiday in a nice, quiet surrounding which will make it possible for you to replenish lost energy. It also has free and secure parking available 24 hours, so you shouldn’t worry about your vehicle as well. The magnificent view can be enjoyed from the terrace of the apartment. The terrace is open, furnished with sofas, plants in vases and a coffee table, making it an excellent place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The interior of the apartment is designed fantastically, containing lovely modern furniture and plenty of decorations. The flooring of the apartment is wooden, as is some of the furniture like the kitchen elements and dining room furniture, which brings out plenty of warmth. In this way, the place feels very cozy and comfortable. The walls are painted white for the most part, with an exception of the wall with the glass door leading to the terrace – that one is covered in stone and is a great addition to the style of the penthouse. The décor comes in all varieties, like the designer clock in the living room, lovely vases, plants, ornaments and framed pictures and paintings. The penthouse is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in all areas, TV with more than 250 channels, linen and towels.
