This gorgeous Orebic villa is a near perfect choice for a summer vacation, especially for larger families or groups of friends. The villa is situated in the historical center of town, only 40m from the Adriatic sea. Apart from the proximity of the clean sea, the location of the property has other great benefits; it’s neighborhood, for instance. The area around the villa is rich in flora of all kinds, and the neighbors are kind and approachable. With the medium density of houses, you need not worry about the privacy, and can enjoy your vacation in peace. The house is typically Mediterranean, with its simple shape, light colored façade, double sloped roof and wooden window shades. The property boasts a spacious courtyard rich in content, where you will find a lovely array Mediterranean plants, a shed with a wooden roof under which there is a coffee table and a set of chairs for lounging, and most importantly – the pool. Orebić, a town located on the southern coast of the Pelješac peninsula, has a strip of lovely little beaches, some sandy and some shingly, bordered by groves of tamarisk and pine. Only 2.5km across the water from Korčula Town, it makes a perfect day trip or an alternative base.
