The front façade of the main house is made out of high quality stone, which along with green wooden window shades gives the villa a fine, old school Mediterranean look. The unit next to the main house is a specialized structure for leisure and fitness activities. It contains a gym with a variety of exercise equipment, as well as a sauna, while the top of the structure is under the shade of a pergola, making it a terrific place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying the excellent view. In front of this unit is a large swimming pool surrounded by a few sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun. The property is enclosed by a stone drywall, which fits great with the surrounding area and the gorgeous garden above the villa. The garden is home to some lovely young plants, and it is separated into a number of terraces, reminiscing Asian leveled fields.
The villa is an excellent place for groups of friends or families with kids. The kids might find the pool, the swing, seesaw and sand pit especially entertaining! As for the interior of the villa, one glance is sufficient to create a lasting image of the well-designed space. Nearly each segment of the villa’s inner design has been planned with a great eye for detail. The furniture for the most part consists of fine, firm wood, like the dining room table with its chairs, along with the majority of the kitchen’s elements. Wood also decorates the villa’s ceiling in the form of exposed beams, while the stairs leading to the upper floor are made of wooden planks resting on a metal structure. All this wood brings warmth to the place and makes it very comfortable and homey. Cooling stone, parquet flooring, pastel hues, and attractive local artwork all conjure a classic Mediterranean feel. The house also features a billiard table, a great addition for entertainment. The lower house has two twin bedrooms with en suite shower rooms in its ground floor, while the first floor consists of a dining room (TV) with a Juliette balcony, a kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), a double bedroom, a shower room with a washing machine and the staircase to mezzanine. The upper house ground floor has a living/dining room (TV, DVD, billiard), a kitchenette and a shower room. The first floor consists of a twin bedroom with en suite shower, double bedroom, single bedroom, a shower room. Cot and baby feeding chairs are available on request and included in the price. Brsečine is a village in the north-western part of the Dubrovnik littoral in Croatia, about 1km from the cove of the same name and 25km northwest of Dubrovnik. It is one of the favorite excursion destinations for the citizens of Dubrovnik, mainly due to its beautiful shore southeast of Cape Osmolis. There is some historical heritage in the vicinity to explore, like the 16th century mansion of the Zuzoric family and the fortified mansion of the Ohmucevic-Bizzaro family, with a chapel and a park, from the 17th century. You can also find the old church of St. George and next to it the ruins of a small church of St. Stephen. There are some shops and bars in the vicinity, but for more content both in terms of shopping and cultural or adventurous activities you should consider visiting the old town of Dubrovnik, where every step among those ancient streets bears a new interesting landmark.
