Welcome to Brač, one of the most beautiful and surely the largest island in the Adriatic coast. It is a place of joyous and peaceful rest for many, and with all its content it attracts people of all kinds of interests and spheres. As for this villa in a lovely old town of Sutivan, you can enjoy both the active life near the people, or relax in the privacy the villa provides.
This luxurious villa is built in contemporary fashion, with sharp outlines, fine construction materials and integration with the natural surroundings, which modern architecture often strives to achieve. The majority of the exterior is greyish-cream stone plates, with some of the walls of the enclosure made out of rock, slowly blending into natural surfaces – an example of which is perfectly evident in the terrace behind the house, which is purposely discontinued by a rock formation climbing up to meet the untouched surface of the island. Beneath the villa there is a spacious garage, so there is no need to worry about parking options. The terrace is large, providing room for all sorts of activities. Furthermore, it has a swimming pool where you can take a refreshing dip or two.
The interior of the house supplements the theme of the exterior, containing most of the feats of modern architecture – open spaces, a lot of windows and glass doors which let in a sufficient amount of light and white walls which reflect the light and create a very fresh atmosphere within the house. The furniture is elegant and carefully picked to mix well with the general theme of the enclosure (for instance, a number of lovely sofas and comfy beds). The kitchen is equally well designed and fully equipped with all the means for a flexible meal preparation. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, providing room for 8 people in total, and every bedroom has its own exit to the balcony. The kitchen, dining and living room are situated on the ground floor as well as one more bathroom. The entire place is air conditioned, with available internet and Wi-Fi connection.
For most of the daily shopping needs, you can find a few stores and bakeries around the center of Sutivan (200m), as well as a few cafes. For other content, you might want to check out some of the landmarks of Brač: the official centre of the island, Supetar (9km) where, apart from all the festivities throughout summertime, you may explore it’s history – mostly venetian baroque buildings from 18th century, along with 19th century expansion buildings. There is also the old town of Bol (42km) with all the interesting architecture and options such as wind surfing near the famous Zlatni Rat beach, rent-a-boat, jet-ski, etc. Above Bol towers the highest peak of Brač, Vidova Gora, from where you can enjoy a majestic view all around. For more information regarding exploration, feel free to ask. We are looking forward to your stay!
