In the southern Adriatic sea, Palmižana is located just off the coast of the town of Hvar on the island of Hvar, a place which has the most sunny hours of all others in the Mediterranean. Because of its beauty, Paklinski archipelago was proclaimed a protected nature park.
Lovely Bungalow Tania is situated within a stone and brick house, which is positioned only a couple of meters away from the lovely sand and pebble beach, thus providing a fine view of the southern Palmižana bay and the surrounding nature. The house is mostly made out of brick with a nice violet, but is also adorned with stone elements which give it a special Mediterranean touch. As you exit the bungalow, you set foot onto paved courtyard enclosed by a stone wall on one side and vegetation on the other. There is also a violet metal table and a set of purple chairs to go with it. Next to the paved part of the terrace is a natural pathway leading down to the beach. There is a wide variety of flora around the house, a fair addition for every nature lover who visits places like this to appreciate their untouched beauty.
The interior of the house is just as lovely as its exterior, making a full use of its spaces and employing great elegance in its décor. Bungalow Tania resumes its white and violet tone of the exterior as the main characteristic of the interior – and the effect is delightfully warm. The floor consists of terracotta tiles, with violet elements within the rooms, such as some of the walls, cupboards, wrought metal casing of the bed and so on. The bathroom is in thematically connected to the rest of the bungalow, and is thouroughly equipped for daily use. The bungalow features one bedroom with a king-sized bed and a living room area with a bed for a 3rd person. The whole place is air conditioned and perfect for accommodating families with a child.
As for the food and drinks, each of the bungalows has a small refrigerator wherein you may store your food for non-cooking consumption, like fruit, snacks and so on. Regarding cooked meals, there is a restaurant and a café bar right next to the bungalows, a lovely place covered by a bamboo canopy which serves delicious meals.
