If you fantasize about a peaceful, quiet and truly beautiful place to spend your vacation, then this villa in Palmižana is perfect for you! Palmižana is a popular name for the small island of St. Klement. It is one of many islands in the unique Paklinski archipelago, renowned for its beauty. In the southern Adriatic sea, Palmižana is located just off the coast of the town of Hvar on the island of Hvar, a place which has the most sunny hours of all others in the Mediterranean. Because of its beauty, Paklinski archipelago was proclaimed a protected nature park.
Villa Nature is a lovely brick and stone house amidst the lush flora of St. Klement, and positioned so close to the sea and the beautiful bay that you only need about a minute’s walk down to the sand and pebble beach. The villa’s exterior is all about traditional Mediterranean spirit, as it’s façade is almost fully covered by stone, apart from it’s sides with wide glass slide doors. That spirit is further ephasized by the courtyard paved in unshaped rock and enclosed by a stone drywall. There are some plants within the courtyard, but the whole surrounding area seems like one huge garden full of various kinds of vegetation, a definitive plus for every nature lover out there. There is one small oval table with a set of two metal chairs on one side of the house, and a medium sized wooden table with a set of six chairs on its other side – the latter being suitable for outdoor meals.
The villa’s interior follows the Mediterranean theme of the exterior, with great attention to detail and a great overall combination of colors. There is a spacious living room, which may be considered the main room of the house – and it has some lovely elements painted in blue, like the chest by the kitchenette, some of the furniture, mirror frames and doors. It also has a nice fireplace with many small paintings close to it, a great stylistic addition to the place. The kitchenette can be used to prepare some basic meals, and a small fridge is there to store your snacks, fruit and drinks. Aside from the living room, there are two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one with 2 single beds) which can accommodate 4 people in total, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The villa is air conditioned.
Regarding local meals and beverages, there is a restaurant and a café bar right next to the bungalows, a lovely place covered by a bamboo canopy which serves delicious meals. Free Wi-Fi is also available at the restaurant. There is a number of places and small islands to explore within the Paklinski archipelago, including more than a few high quality restaurants, captivating isolated beaches and much more. For more information regarding exploration or accommodation, feel free to ask. We wish you a pleasant stay!
