After a year of hard work, we all wish for a good and quality rest. And perhaps, memorable as well. There is something for everyone, and people go all over the world to find respite from their usual lifestyle and breathe some novelty into it. For all of those who seek a place with vast natural treasures like abundant flora and fauna, lovely fragrances, beautiful views of the clean sea, the islands and the mountains of the continental coast, Hvar is the right place. Aside from the natural beauties, the island offers much more!
Villa Puli is located in the peaceful western part of the town of Hvar. The villa is designed in a modern Mediterranean fashion, which encompasses modern functionality and construction type, with a touch of traditional elements such as the green wooden window shades, wooden furniture and two wooden pergolas in front of the house. They are a great addition that create a place under the shade that can be used as a outdoors dining area, as it has a large table with a set of 8 chairs. The courtyard is a spacious surface with a paved area and and patches of neatly trimmed grass, enclosed by a little treeline that gives you just enough privacy to enjoy peace on the property. There is a swimming pool close to the larger pergola, next to which there is a number of deck chairs to provide you with the option of lounging under the Sun. Hvar has the most sunny days of all Croatian islands, so you are sure to get a good tan!
The villa has been fitted out with the most attractive and elegant furniture, all of it combined with great taste and tied by fine décor. The house has two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. It is ideal for families or groups of friends. The interior consists of a kitchen/dining/sitting area, four double bedrooms, four bathrooms and a terrace accessible from the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a large open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area with French windows opening onto the paved courtyard with a pool, mentioned before. In addition to the inside stairs, you may reach the first floor terrace using the steps leading from the garden. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the villa comes equipped with air conditioning, SATV, DVD player, a direct telephone and internet connection (Wi-Fi).
You can find most of what you need in terms of grocery shopping in the town center, along with many bars, restaurants, bakeries, fish markets and more. There is an abundance of summertime options available like rent-a-boat, jet-ski and guided tours, and festivals that are often held in the old town. As for the exploration, we suggest visiting Paklinski Islands right next to Hvar, Šćedro island, the Old Town Plain (if you’re up for some wine tasting), Tvrdalj Castle (a fortified Renaissance-era building that was the summer home of poet Petar Hektorović) and Fortica (a hilltop fortress with picturesque views). For more information regarding exploration or accommodation, feel free to ask. We wish you a pleasant stay!
