Villa Jo is situated in the old center of Supetar, just a few meters from the center of town, the beautiful rustic oasis is 150 years old.
Traditional elements of construction for our environment have been preserved. The whole house celebrates the rustic beauty of wood and stone that gives it personality and warmth.
It has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, keeping room, kitchen, pool , garden and fire place, where the owners will welcome their guests, and where the guests can later spend their time.
On the ground floor there is living room with a dining table, chairs, sofa bed, fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas stove and oven, keeping room with a washing machine and dryer, TV, and bathroom. Climbing up the wooden stairs we're coming to two bedrooms which are equipped with air conditioning and TV.
It is possible to enter the Villa on two separate doors.
In front of the house there is a large tiled courtyard with garden, pool and sun deck.
There are also recreational places for your little ones, providing them with a chance for fun strolling, beach games, swings and swingers.
Next to the pool there are stone stairs that lead to a small hut where there is a fireplace and an additional place for socializing and fun.
Lovely beach Vela Luka is just 700 m away. This beach has a sandy bottom so it is great for children and non–swimmers. It is surrounded by pine forest so there is shade as well as sun. There are a few small stores where you can buy a fast food and ice creams and there is a cafe bar / buffet where you can have breakfast or lunch.
