Split is a perfect starting point to explore the rich Croatian culture and visit all the local landmarks, as well as visit any of the close and far away islands. The city has a rich history as well, and the options within the city will be mentioned later on. As it is positioned on the lower banks of the great Biokovo mountain, the locality is rich in life, both in flora and fauna. This apartment complex in Split is positioned in such a way that its numerous terraces provide excellent views in all directions, while the most captivating ones are towards the sea and towards the mountain on the other side. The complex is a great place for a larger family or groups of friends. It has 4 spacious and modern apartments divided into three floors. The complex is positioned in a peaceful part of Split, on the outskirts, so you are sure to enjoy your surroundings, including your privacy and quiet. Its design is typical for this part of the Adriatic coast, having the shape of a regular house with simple shapes and fine lines, along with the use of quality materials. The colors of the exterior are orange and white, which go together rather nicely. In front of the complex is a big paved patio covered by an iron pergola, where you can park your vehicles.
The 4 apartments are furnished and decorated in modern fashion with a touch of vintage here and there. The furniture is new, comfortable and elegant, and each apartment is equipped with all the utilities that mark the standard of modern living, like flat screen TVs with satellite channels, air conditioning, bathroom equipment (shower, washing machine, hairdryer etc.) The kitchens are also fully equipped with all the utensils you might need, along with a dishwasher, oven, cookers, fridge and a microwave. The walls are painted white, and the flooring is either wooden or tiled. Color schemes differ in some of the apartments, but all in all the spaces are airy, fresh and open. Each apartment also has an exit to the terrace, where you can enjoy sipping a morning cup of tea or an evening glass of wine. Internet access is available (Wi-Fi).
Split is the second-largest city of Croatia and the largest city of Dalmatia region. It is an intraregional transport hub and a popular destination, linked to many Adriatic islands like Brac, Hvar, Korcula, Lastovo and more, along with the Apennine peninsula. The city has a long history and visible heritage, one notable example being the Diocletian’s Palace, built for the Roman emperor in 305 CE. It was founded as a Greek colony in the 2nd century BC, and throughout time it changed its masters numerous times, each one leaving distinguished marks on the city. Apart from the historical heritage to explore, like the Cathedral of St Domnius, the palace, Klis Fortress, Temple of Jupiter and Salona, there is a lot to do like shopping, island hopping, sailing, sports, bathing on the popular beach of Bacvice and much, much more.
