Most of everybody's year is spent working the hours away during the day, and the only time the majority of people have time to rest and enjoy some free time is the window between work and sleep, however long that is. Usually it is enought to provide some rest, and the weekends give us that 'reset', but the only time we can really recharge and gather lost energy to be able to get back to work with a proper motivation is within nature. Possibly with the sea in the whole picture. It is healthy, it is beautiful and most importantly, it is peaceful. So if you were hoping for a vacation under the sun, lying on your back while floating in the clean sea, somewhere you don't have to worry about summer crowds and lack of privacy, you've found it.
Villa Lun is a gorgeous house built on the shore of the island Pag, in a little village called Lun. The aesthetics of the villa incorporate elements of traditional architectural style, even though the villa is of generally modern design. These traditional qualities give authentic feel to the place, and they are evident in the form of stone covered walls, green window shades and wrought iron fences, all of which create that essential mediterranean look. The property is mostly surrounded by lush nature, plants and trees of various sorts, most of which emit lovely scents that are carried by the gentle wind coming from the sea. The enclosure is also fairly large and enclosed by a stone drywall, with a spacious paved terrace and unpaved parts with round smooth gravel. The terrace is separated into two levels, with the upper one taking the role of a leisure terrace with comfortable sofas and a coffee table under the parasols on one side of the house. On the other side there is a dining table with a set of chairs providing the option of outdoor feasts. There is a barbecue set as well, so you’d be all set for some tasty meals. This upper level of the terrace leads down to the lower one with a large swimming pool. There is a number of sun loungers by the pool, where you can enjoy some time suntanning, taking afternoon naps or just chilling out.
The interior of the villa is as lovely as its exterior, and all of it is visible in the very décor of the place, as well as in the excellent choice of furniture, lighting and the overall color theme. The interior allows for the entrance of a sufficient amount of light, which is then reflected by the white walls, beige tiles and light wood elements, creating a fresh and open atmosphere. The furniture is all modern and very elegant, minimalistic yet delightfully comfortable. The fair amount of wooden elements throughout the villa give warmth to the space, as well as the lovely contemporary lamps and the carefully placed decorations which include paintings, pictures and various other ornaments. The living room has a really cool fireplace, a LED TV and a big dark sofa. The rooms are all furnished in an equally comfortable way, and the special amenities include a billiard table and a wine cellar. This villa comes with 5 bedrooms, bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen kitchen, and it can provide accommodation for a total of 13 people. Pets aren’t allowed.
You can find most of what you need as far as groceries, restaurants and bars on the island, as well as other engaging options like the number of summer activities like festivals, rent-a-boats, jet ski, cycling and so on. It is a lovely island to explore, both with its nature and its history. Not to forget mentioning, the beach is only 5mins from the villa! There are also other islands you could visit in the vicinity, like Rab, Lošinj and Cres. For more information regarding exploration, feel free to ask. We wish you a pleasant stay!
