For a long awaited vacation, many flee to seaside. Often the feeling of diving into the clean, cold sea symbolizes cleansing from everyday life and the commencement of battery recharge. It is indeed a fine choice, as the natural surroundings have the greatest potential of providing proper relaxation and rest. Many places can provide such refreshment, but rare are those with a truly old soul, traditional Mediterranean spirit and the abundance of untouched natural beauties. One of those rare places is the increasingly popular coast of Croatia, with its many islands and archipelagos, and one of the most prominent examples of all the advantages of the Adriatic coast is the town of Trogir.
And so, we wish you a warm welcome to Villa Neno, a lovely modern Mediterranean villa located in Trogir, 3.8km from the Trogir Marina. It is made of brick and concrete with a white façade, with some Mediterranean elements like the wooden window shades, a red tiled roof, lots of vegetation and the use of stone. The courtyard is separated into three levels, one being the terrace connected to the villa’s living room. As barbeque facilities are included (a fireplace with all the needed equipment), it is a great place for enjoying outdoor meals under the shade of the vine crawling over the white metal pergola. You descend from this shaded terrace to reach the wooden sun deck and the infinity pool. The view from the upper terrace, the lower one and the sun deck is truly mesmerizing and it shows the great blue surface of the sea and the adjacent islands. There is a number of deck chairs on the sun deck, where you can lay under the sun and get just the right tan. Under the infinity pool is a garden with a variety of fine smelling vegetation, and just under the garden and over the beaten path is the rocky beach, not a minute’s walk from the villa!
But what would a villa with a great, romantic exterior be without fine inner furnishings and style? Fortunately, those things are present in Villa Neno as well, and every aspect of the interior has been planned with utmost care. The floor is covered in gray tiles, the walls painted white and the furniture elegant and modern. With many windows allowing for the entrance of more than sufficient amount of light, the effect gained is that of cleanliness, openness and freshness. Some of the elements are wooden to give the place proper warmth and make it all cozy. The villa has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa also features a seating area, a washing machine and a bathroom with a bath and a shower. The property also has a sauna, a hammam and an outdoor shower.
As for the daily shopping needs and other commodities and activities, all are available in the town. Trogir is a historic town and harbor in Split-Dalmatia county, and it lies 27 kilometers west of the city of Split.
