Villa Green is situated in Splitska, a small fishing village near the town of Supetar and overlooking the continental coast. The villa is just the perfect place if you want to get away from the usual tourist hustle and enjoy some privacy in the riches of nature, as it is a short but sufficient distance from the village and thus surrounded solely by vegetation, fields and stone drywalls. The villa is built in traditional Mediterranean fashion, using high quality Brac stone as its primary construction material. The stone gives is a natural, bright look, very authentic for the locality. The walls of the terrace and the garden are also made of stone, while the path leading around the property to the garage is paved. Aside from having the opportunity to take a walk in the lovely Mediterranean fields, you can refresh yourself in the pool during the hottest hours of the day. The pool is situated right next to the house and it overlooks the fields and the Adriatic sea. It can also be heated. Next to the pool there are two sun beds with comfortable mats. On the other side of the house a lounge / outdoor dining area is positioned, with a rocking cocoon, a dining table with a set of chairs and a small coffee table with its own set of chairs. Near the pool you will find a fireplace which you are free to use.
The interior of the villa is very lovely, chic and delightfully simple. The walls are painted white, the tiles on the floor are light brown and most of the furniture and the elements are wooden which gives the place a lot of warmth. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people, which is ideal for a family, friends or couples on vacation. It features one bedroom, two double beds, one bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and the mentioned outdoor area. There are two flat screen TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living / dining room. The one on the living room is positioned on the wooden mantelpiece of a lovely indoor fireplace made of stone and brick. The bathroom and the kitchen are equipped for all your daily needs, both in hygiene and in meal preparation. Villa Green is air conditioned, with internet and Wi-Fi, along with free parking.
For most of the simple shopping needs, you can find a few markets around Splitska, as well as a few cafes. For other content and more shopping choice, you might want to check out some of the landmarks of Brač: the official center of the island, Supetar (9km) where, apart from all the festivities throughout summertime, you may explore the town’s history – mostly venetian baroque buildings from the 18th century, along with the 19th century expansion buildings. There is also the old town of Bol (42km) with all the interesting architecture and options such as wind surfing near the famous Zlatni Rat beach, rent-a-boat, jet-ski, etc. Above Bol towers the highest peak of Brač, Vidova Gora, from where you can enjoy a majestic view all around.
