Welcome to the beautiful Villa Lilly, an apartment complex located in the old fishing village called Sutivan. The complex is newly built and modernly designed, and has a large terrace all around it. You will find a swimming pool on that terrace and a jacuzzi next to it. Next to the pool, on the open space of the terrace, a number of deck chairs is positioned, which are there to allow you some leisure time under the Sun, to either get a great tan or to fill up your batteries. On the side of the complex is an open fireplace, stocked with wood, and there you have the opportunity to make delicious barbecue and have a meal outdoors. For such purposes, there are old school wooden tables and chairs in the proximity of the fireplace.
Such old school furniture can be found within the complex as well, in the lounge of the building, and can be used for exactly the same purpose – dining, yet this time indoors. Behind the bar made of stone is another fireplace, so that you can make barbecue inside the house, in case of bad weather. Villa Lilly is very barbecue friendly, but there are other things there that will surely blow your mind, and one of those is the interior swimming pool. The room within which it is situated is all white and blue, with the blue tiles of the pool reflected by the light all over the walls, creating a real soothing feel. Above the pool the lighting system is neatly designed, made to resemble the stars. The living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms are all designed in a modern fashion, with very smoothly shaped elements, complementary colors and decent furniture. There are 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms within the 6 apartments, which can accommodate a total of 24 people. The interior is air conditioned, and internet & WiFi are available.
For most of the daily shopping needs, you can find a few stores and bakeries around the center of Sutivan, as well as a few cafes. For other content, you might want to check out some of the landmarks of Brač: the official center of the island, Supetar (9km) where, apart from all the festivities throughout summertime, you may explore the town’s history – mostly venetian baroque buildings from the 18th century, along with the 19th century expansion buildings. There is also the old town of Bol (42km) with all the interesting architecture and options such as wind surfing near the famous Zlatni Rat beach, rent-a-boat, jet-ski, etc. Above Bol towers the highest peak of Brač, Vidova Gora, from where you can enjoy a majestic view all around.
