Villas Philippa and Clementine are two very lovely, grand villas situated in a small bay Bobovisca, on the island of Brač. It is a perfect choice for larger groups of people, with even the possibilities of arranging weddings and other events in these properties, which proved to be great occasions insofar. So, if you are craving for some fun time with your friends and/or family, on an island full of natural beauties and all sorts of summer activities, this is the right place.
The two villas are quite large, positioned one by the other, and newly built but retaining the basis of the traditional architecture of the area, namely in choosing stone as its main building block. The terrace is quite spacious all around, and it descends across the gardens down over the road and to the concrete platform that has the function of a private boat dock for a boat of any size, with electrical and water hook-ups. The area can also be used as your nearest beach! By the villas, there are two BBQ set ups for outdoor dining. Those set ups are basically outdoor kitchens, with many of the functions of the indoor ones. The large part of the terrace in front of the villas can be used as a sun deck, an area where you may position the sun loungers and lay back to enjoy some sunshine, while the parts of the terrace near the villas are in the shade of the wooden canopies, with tables and chairs where you can just sit and relax in peace while looking over the gorgeous bay.
The interior of the villas is perfectly arranged, with the space very functionally used and the furnishings in touch with the contemporary, both in their elegance and in the choice of colors and materials. The properties consist of 10 bedrooms with terraces and balconies, each with a breathtaking sea view. Every bedroom is en suite, with its own bathroom. Also, all the rooms in the house, including the kitchen, have a terrace or a balcony with an equally good sea view. This is what makes the properties very special - a turquoise blue sea to greet you each morning, just down the slopes beneath the house. The kitchens and bathrooms are equipped with all the necessities of modern living, making sure your stay is pleasant and well spent. All combined, the villas accommodate 24 people, are fully air conditioned, with available internet and WiFi, and they are pet friendly!
Bobovisca is a small bay with a clear blue sea and some 100 inhabitants, making it perfect for a family or a group of friends looking for some privacy and a peaceful vacation in a pristine natural setting. A shop and a restaurant are in walking distance of the properties and bigger shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are located in the village of Sutivan, a short drive from the villa. For other content, you might want to check out some of the landmarks of Brač: the official centre of the island, Supetar (15km) where, apart from all the festivities throughout summertime, you may explore the town’s history – mostly venetian baroque buildings from 18th century, along with 19th century expansion buildings. There is also the old town of Bol (40km) with all the interesting architecture and options such as wind surfing near the famous Zlatni Rat beach, rent-a-boat, jet-ski, etc. Above Bol towers the highest peak of Brač, Vidova Gora, from where you can enjoy a majestic view all around.
