Whether you are looking for someplace to spend quality time with your family and kids, or just have fun with a bunch of friends, this is definitely the right place. This beautiful and spacious villa in the town of Summartin on Brac is only a minute away from the beach and a short drive to the centre of town. It’s grand terrace offers a stunning view over the sea to the island of Hvar on one side, and on the other you can see the second-highest mountain range in Croatia, Biokovo. It is situated in a relatively quiet part of Sumartin, so it’s perfect for getting a good rest from the weight of all those working days.
The architecture of the villa is a popular mix of old and new - the exterior is made in classical Mediterranean fashion, which means a lot of quality stone, paved stone terrace and wooden window covers . The terrace is quite large, enriched with a nice pool, a couple of well placed plants, a garden and a lovely isolated surface of ground from which stems a big old palm tree, which perfectly completes the whole picture. By the pool, you have the option of placing a few sun loungers to encourage the well-known summer formula: sun tanning until too hot, a quick dip in the pool to cool off, and repeat!
The interior is the before mentioned modern part of the villa, with the elegant furniture, open spaces, light painted walls and all the necessary equipment. This means the place is air conditioned, it has internet and Wi-Fi, the kitchen is quite new and it can fulfill all your cooking needs. Just in case you want a professional’s help, you can choose to employ a chef on request. While we’re mentioning rentable services, you can also request maid service, and rent-a-boats are available within the town. The villa accommodates up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms, and alongside the dining room, living room and the kitchen, it has 7 bathrooms. Pets are welcome!
Apart from Sumartin, we may recommend a few more localities such as Supetar (40km), the official centre of the island where festivities are often held, and Bol (27km), a charming little town with one of the well known beaches of the Adriatic with all the interesting architecture and options such as wind surfing near the famous Zlatni Rat beach, rent-a-boat, jet-ski, etc. Above Bol towers the highest peak of Brač, Vidova Gora, from where you can enjoy a majestic view all around.
